Attendance & Refund Policy – Fun Art Studio

We understand that life happens! To keep our programs running smoothly and fairly for all participants, please note the following:

Absences with Notice:
If your child will be absent, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. With timely notice, we’ll credit that missed seat toward the following month’s enrollment.

Monthly Credit Use:

Credits for missed classes must be used within the following month. They do not carry over beyond that period.

No-Shows:
If no notice is given and your child does not attend; this is considered a no-show. In these cases, no refund or credit will be issued.
